We currently ship within the United States and offer free shipping on orders (some restrictions apply).

 

THE FINE PRINT

  • Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
  • Applies only to orders at the BeanBagTown.com website.
  • Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the lower 48 states only.
  • Applies to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States ZIP Code only.
  • Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
  • Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
  • May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional code is applied.
  • You will not receive Free Shipping on your order if any items are canceled.
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

 

CALCULATING COSTS

Shipping and Handling costs for orders from BeanBagTown.com depend upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the purchase price excluding a 10% restocking fee plus our shipping and handling costs. If your order received free shipping and you opt to return a product from that order then the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

If an item arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be resolved with replacement parts then we will pay the shipping costs to return the item to us for a replacement or refund. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, then the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

 

USING OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Please email us and include your name, original order number, and the product(s) you are returning. We will then provide you with an RMA number and a return address.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All products must be returned in the condition in which it was received and placed in the original packaging. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Return the product(s) using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or to one of our fulfillment centers.
  • Save your return tracking number for your records! If possible, email the tracking number to us so that we can track its return. It is recommended to insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items during transit.
  • We cannot refund shipping and handling costs. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

 

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • Please email us and include your name, original order number, and the product(s) you are returning. We will then provide you with an RMA number and a return address.
  • Wrap the package carefully. All products must be returned in the condition in which it was received and placed in the original packaging. Otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
  • Return the product(s) using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or to one of our fulfillment centers.
  • Return the product(s) using the prepaid shipping label which we will provide to you.
  • We will issue a credit to the debit / credit card used for the original purchase.

 

REFUNDS

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
